A sweet birthday!

We helped celebrate another first birthday by creating this fun and yummy dessert table. All the treats and decorations were homemade from cake pops & green velvet cupcakes to cookies and brownies. The birthday cake was a delicious chocolate cake from Costco personalized with DIY birthday flags. The impromptu backdrop was created by twirling a couple rolls of streamers to highlight the banner and unify the design of this display of birthday treats.

His carnival circus theme was a fun and exciting theme for all his family and friends. Beginning with his super cute invitations, the red and aqua colors set the tone for his brilliantly bright day filled with sweets such as cotton candy, carnival games and even a homemade photobooth!

BBE attempts cake push pops!

I finally received my push pop containers just in time for Christmas. I made mini red velvet cupcakes with cream cheese frosting (courtesy of Paula Deen's recipe). The tops is sprinkled with green sugar in the spirit of Christmas! YUMMmmms!
