We've confirmed a new passion. Since planning our own weddings, our interest in event planning has blossomed more than we imagined. We've always loved party planning - from holiday parties & bar-b-ques to birthdays, baby showers & reunions - pretty much any special occasion that involves bringing family & friends together and celebrating. Researching all the gorgeous party details (especially weddings) and brainstorming creative, budget-friendly ways to express the joys and emotions of each celebration is a confirmed passion of ours! Happy 2011!

It's definitely been a while since updating this blog. Been tremendously busy over the holidays entertaining friends and family. Finally, a moment to slow down and share some pictures with from Thanksgiving (yes, that was in NOVEMBER!) and Christmas.

Every year for Christmas, we try to pick a color theme - this year it was red and aqua! Our guests are asked to dress in these holiday colors when they come to our party and share the spirit of Christmas. We had tons of food and games! Good times. Perfect way to end 2010 and welcome 2011!
