We've confirmed a new passion. Since planning our own weddings, our interest in event planning has blossomed more than we imagined. We've always loved party planning - from holiday parties & bar-b-ques to birthdays, baby showers & reunions - pretty much any special occasion that involves bringing family & friends together and celebrating. Inspiration: Brilliant Summer Wedding in Carmel Valley

I came across this gorgeous wedding posted on StyleMePretty by Anna Kuperberg Photography and Mints Designs. I was immediately drawn to the colors and details that just made me smile! Love the perfectly rounded yellow balloons, with the pinks, greens and oranges. The bridal party looked absolutely smashing - the groom and groomsmen in their bow ties was such a fun detail! And the bride and bridesmaids in their light pink and yellows were a perfect match.

Beautiful Dessert Buffets

These are a great DIY project - fun, pretty, yummy and guests love them! They can be used as a dessert station or as favors for your party. You can definitely get really creative and use whatever yummy snacks you like: candies, lollipops, cupcakes, cake pops, brownie bites, cookies, popcorn, even ice cream!, etc - the choices are endless!

Jars and platters can be found at great deals at discount stores, such as Ross, TJ Maxx, Marshalls, etc. Target and Ikea are great places to shop as well. Consider clear cello baggies with personalized stickers as seals; OR chinese takeout boxes are a great to-go idea was well. Guest will love customizing their little take-home gift from your party! Be brilliantly creative and have fun!
